"Pros: great location across the street from the beach, we were off season so a lot of things were closed but we anticipated this. staff was easily accessible/helpful. Parking was confusing but that's more of an issue of the town than the property owners. Cons: parking was confusing, wasn't aware it was a basement apartment, but it was decorated to brighten the space very nicely" ~Susie
