"Pros: Overall a nice experience. The location is close to the beaches, either by walking or a car. Nearby town of Castelsardo is definitely worth visiting - a nice place, interesting castle, beautiful views. The apartment is comfortable and clean. The owner , Chiara, is polite, accessible and responds quickly on Whatsapp. We appreciated that when we asked for a missing kitchen knife and more towels, she was able to provide them to us through her house keepers almost immediately. Thank you! Also the check-in and check-out experience was very smooth. Cons: I was a little disappointed about an extra charge for bed linen that was communicated via Whatsapp only a couple of days before our stay. The description on Booking was misleading and updated after our booking. I believe it´s more clear now after our feedback. I would still expect this to be a standard within any accommodation. I´d rather pay more at the beginning than to be asked if I want these essentials for an extra charge a few days before arrival. Not a big deal, just something that can influence the overall impression." ~Katarina
