"Pros: The flat was lovely, spacious and clean, with very good bathroom facilities.
Cons: Getting in was difficult - I was told by email that we would be met at the property. This did not happen, despite telling them on the way when we would be there. It was very difficult to contact the local team. We waited an hour and in the end went to the estate agent next door, who helped up to find the correct flat (the flats were not numbered). By chance we found a key lock box a distance from the flat. I had a message from the property about how to get in the following day at midday! There were only sheets on the beds, and we had to borrow blankets from a local friend, there was no response about this from the property. I had to empty the dishwasher on arrival."
