"Pros: Food was amazing! Half board was excellent value The spa and view from the spa was lovely, although wish it was open longer. The rooms were very spacious. Location next to col raiser lift was very convenient. They put on some music one. Night which our daughter loved. We loved how they decorated the table differently each night. Cons: Very frustrating that the indoor play area in the facilities list was incorrect. With a small child it was the main reason we chose the hotel. Thankfully the weather was good. The back rooms look out to the car park of the lift. It means there is not a nice view and the cars can wake you in the morning. It’s fine though if you don’t mind these things. Some of the staff were great but some on the bar or waiters were pretty unfriendly. The location is great for the lift but not for town. You need a car." ~Michael
