"Pros: The hotel & residence has very good infrastructure and the room is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was really good. We stayed only for one night before moving to our final hotel, which was better located for ski in and ski out. Cons: I was really upset with one employee from front desk. We were 3 families, and after a long trip with babies and toddlers we arrive before check in time. First family arrived, were given a room immediately. I checked in, was told that I needed to wait for 4 hours until official check in time…fair enough, I understand that. I tried to ask to get my room earlier, but no, those are the rules and there was nothing that could be done. The third family arrives 15min later (they don’t have too young kids), were given a room immediately. When I asked if they would help us, get a room, Mr Massimiliano was very rude and sarcastic, and not helpful at all…so we were stuck with 4 hours wait. So I understand there are rules and the hotel has no obligation to make exceptions, but rudeness is not acceptable." ~Eli
