"Pros: Central location, right in the heart of Chianalea. Plenty of amazing restaurants nearby as well as little typical shops. About 7 minutes walk to the nearest beach and about 5 minutes to the port, where we left with a boat for a beautiful 4 hours sightseeing of the main attractions nearby. In particular, the little apartment we rented was situated at the famous "La scala del bacio", super romantic if you spend your holidays with your partner. Very nice room with a very cute balcony with view on the right side of the castle, which in the evening is just magic. The renters have been super helpful, always available to answer queries, suggest places and satisfy requests, but also very discrete. I just miss the place so much, me and my girlfriend never wanted to leave. Scilla (and in particular Chianalea) is one of the most beautiful places we ever visited. We will definitely be back! Cons: I know that on holidays you're meant to eat outside, but a little oven in the kitchen would have been nice in case of wanting to spend a lunch in. Apart from this, the kitchen was very well equipped, with plenty of plates, cutlery, coffee, sugar, salt, coffee machine and a nice bottle of cool water on arrival." ~Giovanni
