"Pros: The property was clean, very well equipped, in a great location. Bed was very comfortable, all round a great accommodation Cons: Sadly just after we arrived about 1500 hrs we could hear what appeared to be a child running backwards and forwards in the apartment above us, at that time we thought it would quieten later. We came back at 10 pm after having gone out for a meal and the noise was still there,we waited until 11 and then went up and knocked on their door , after a while it was answered , but only with the excuse that they didn’t know anyone was in below. This didn’t stop them the noise continued until 11.45 pm when it sounded as if a male and child left . Hopefully this is a one off but may be a suggestion to tell them before guests arrive so they can’t say they didn’t know. Then secondly we were woken up at 0600 to the sound of what sounded like a very loud drill this continued for 50 minutes and then after kept starting and stopping . We went downstairs and found the source inside the building near the front door, on contacting the owner with a video of it,he thought it was the water pump which he apologised about and stated he will fix." ~Peter

"Pros: Absolutely wonderful! The apartment is stunning, beautifuly decorated and has everything one needs. The location is incredible, just a few steps away from the central square of Ragusa Superiore. The host is very welcoming and kind, the check-in and the check-out are as simple as it gets! All in all, this accomodation is an absolute gem!" ~Kristian
