"Pros: Beautiful spot. The views from the pool area were excellent. No breakfast provided but there was coffee and tea. We bought food at the local shops to make our own breakfast. Laundry in suite was super handy. Nice restaurant for dinner very close by with beautiful views of the city and water. Cons: Buses do drive by but you need to know the times. Only about once an hour. To walk into town was a lot of stairs so be ready." ~Lois

"Pros: Absolutely amazing place. The photos do not do it justice. I am basically going to echo all of the other reviews. Communication from Antonio was great and instructions to enter the property were very helpful. We found a beautiful, clean house with fruit, eggs, meats, yoghurt, milk, tea, coffee, juice, bread, little cakes and a bottle of prosecco to welcome us. The beds were very comfy, great shower and lovely toiletries and views to die for. Really don't think I could fault anything about Eden House. Cons: Like the other reviews, we didn't really have any idea of the walk/climb to the property. Google maps said it was a 25 minute walk that was mostly flat but with some stairs. How wrong it was! Expect mostly stairs (lots and lots of them, also quite steep in places) and little flat. If you are not fit i wouldnt recommend tackling this, especially with luggage. There is a bus service that will go up to the property, but it isn't the easiest to find, so I would recommend a taxi. There will be a set price with luggage that may change day to day! Also, not a criticism, just a suggestion - our room was cleaned every morning (a lovely surprise) and our towels changed, but we were only there for 3 nights so we didn't feel this was necessary. Maybe an opt in/opt out of this? Just a bit more environmentally friendly if you are only there a few nights. Other than this we thoroughly recommend Eden House!" ~Amy
