"Pros: I liked the location of the apartment, which is right across from the lagoon, the furnishings in the room, and the generous food toppings. The host's attitude was also very kind. Cons: The big problems are: 1. They don't mention that the studio apartment is located on the 5th floor without an elevator 2. There is only one parking lot in Portofino and it is paid, there is no other parking, certainly not free parking. 3. The hosts have difficulty communicating in English. 4. The pictures on the website don't really reflect the appearance our room." ~Stav

"Pros: Fantastic location with a lovely view; neat and clean appartment; gentleness of the owner who had put water and breakfast stuff in the fridge on our arrival, plus made coffee capsules available. Hygene equipment, soap, thoothpaste and detergents were also kindly made availble to us. Check-in needs to be properly organised with the owner if you are arriving after the indicated time, but it worked out perfectly for us. The person who takes care of the appartement and organised the check-in and check-out was very helpful and nice. A gem not to be missed!" ~Elvana

"Pros: location was great. lots of room. apartment was well appointed. view was exceptional. close to restaurants and other shops. Cons: Lots of doors slamming from next unit being used by staff at Dolce and Gabbana. Started early in the morning until later in the evening. very disruptive. For the cost per night we expected higher end shampoo and soap. There was no conditioner or body lotion in the bathroom. There was a coffee machine with no coffee pods. There was no water in the fridge. There was no cleaning service or fresh daily towels. We stayed at other apartments in Italy during the same vacation and all these products were provided at a lesser cost and oceanfront apartment." ~Saverio
