"Pros: Nice quiet location but near national forest. We stayed in December, outside was cold but the house soon warmed up. Liked the wood fire. Owner very helpful and responsive to any questions.
Cons: It is difficult to find an easy way to it using google maps. However, the owner sent us a video on whatsapp to show us the best route. After that, no problems"

"Pros: The place was pristinely clean, very comfortable and well equipped with everything for cooking and cleaning (the small dishwasher was a treat!).
Moggiona is a small village, approx a 20-minute drive from the nearest town, Poppi, but the quiet and beauty of the surroundings is worth some longer trips.
I would definitely recommend La Marzagrappola as a base to explore the Casentino.
