"Pros: Quiet, beautiful, peaceful, not touristy, rustic, spacious, kitchen included, clean.
Cons: The only thing I didnt like is it did seem a bit odd to have a fairly steep cleaning fee and then still have to take out my own garbage? Seems like that is part of the "cleaning". Also the dirt road to the property is not good and I'm glad I didn't have a smaller car or I might have had some trouble. Might be worth warning guests."

"Pros: A lovely property with plenty of light. The design of the building really interesting with some beautiful artwork and ceramics created originally by the owner, The beds are comfortable and firm. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering. Plenty of space indoors and outdoors including parking space.
Cons: The information on how to find the property needs improving. It would be worth mentioning that it is a little further on from the Dog centre Centro Cinofilo Cinopolis which has good signage from the main road, so would make it much easier to find. The put you up beds in the sitting area are not comfortable to use as sofas, they could be helped by having some big cushions to support your back, or even better, replaced by proper sofas. A hairdryer would be useful, plus bigger bath towels and more than one tea towel. Courtyard needs a gardener to clear away the weeds which would make the property look much better. Its a big place, but cleaning could have been better. It wouldnt take much to make Sanlucchese 1 an even more lovely place to stay."
