"Pros: Friendly owner. He left us the key in a box so that we came late in the evening. We received as surprise some small food for the breakfast.
Two high quality AC which heat well both rooms.
Upon our request the owner allowed us to check out later than initially established."

"Pros: The location was perfect as we were doing day tours throughout Tuscany. The apartment is huge, beautifully decorated and extremely well-equipped. We stayed for 5 nights and could not have wished for a better place to be. The laundry facilities were a life-saver as we were about mid-way through an almost 3 week trip. We loved the town itself as there are multiple amazing restaurants, coffee shops, a grocery and greengrocer, a bus station and the train station all within easy walking distance. The host was very responsive both before and during our stay. We couldn't figure out the heating and he had someone there to help us in very short order. The host also left us a bottle of wine to enjoy! There are a number of stairs up to the apartment but they are not steep and are done in stages. We would be more than happy to stay there again.
Cons: It can get a bit loud at night in the bedroom facing the main street but the noise level drops quickly once the windows are securely closed."
