"Pros: This is an amazing villa located in the middle of Umbria region. It takes approximately 1,5h to drive here from the Fiumicino airport by car, the route is pretty simple, and if you are not an experienced driver you'll still feel fine as only a very short part of the route goes through the mountain serpentine. We lived in the Azurro apartment, and it was very convenient for a family with two children. It also has a great mountain view from the terrace, the rooms are clean, and you can hardly hear other guests staying in the other apartments. The apartment has all the necessary minimums regarding the kitchenware (except for the dishwasher machine), but you need to think of things like garbage bags, or dishwashing liquid and sponges, etc. in advance and bring them with you (of course this all can be purchased in the nearest department store). There is no breakfast option, but you can drive to cafes and restaurants nearby, and also cook yourself (there is even an option to have a real barbeque). The water in the pool was always warm, and plenty of sunbeds were around it for all the guests. Tanja was very welcoming, and shared many tips on what to visit, and where are the key facilities nearby. We would really love to get back here! Cons: I can only think of the idea, that there could be a way to have snacks or at least a simple breakfast at the villa because there are no facilities within immediate walking distance - you'd have to drive. And still, we were aware of this and were not disappointed at all that we couldn't get that at the villa." ~Eugene
