"Pros: The apartment was as advertised, in an excellent location for exploring Umbria (Assisi, Perugia, Orvieto, Santa Maria degli Angeli, Cascata del Marmore, Spoleto). Instructions to self check in were easy to follow. Located nearby the apartment is a nice bakery, a grocery store, an excellent pizza shops all within walking distance. There are excellent restaurants in close driving proximity. Eat in or eat out both are easily accomplished. Cons: Nothing, I would rent this apartment again if I return to the area." ~Kevin

"Pros: Our host was amazing. We were late arriving but she kept in contact and made sure we arrived with no problems. The next day she was so helpful made a huge difference to our families comfort for the day we were in Petrignano. She also helped us order our taxi for the next part of our trip. Best host ever.
