"Pros: Opera 11 is located on a quiet street, but very close to cafes and restaurants and the shopping street. Roberto and Francesca were really friendly. Francesca made absolutely amazing cappuccinos for breakfast and the breakfast was fresh and varied. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. When we come to Parma again, we want to stay at Opera 11. Cons: Everything was fine." ~Jaana

"Pros: Very clean and good-looking apartment. Location is pleasantly close to the city centre. Cons: If you come with car you have to be aware for the limited traffic zone where the apartment lies within. If you drive to the apartment's front door you are very likely to receive a fine. Luckily we visited a tourist information centre in the city centre before we went there, because we hadn't been warned for this problem by the host. Considered this, parking is a little bit of an issue, as the closest parking garage (which is already quite far away) also lies within this zone. So be carefull with this and be prepared to have quite a walk with your luggage to your stay. The host will contact you by whatsapp and send you an instruction video on how to enter the apartment, which was also new for us. It has to be said that besides the lack of info regarding the car hostility in the neighbourhood, everything else was clear. Last inconvenience is that you have to carry your luggage up two floors in a dark staircase, but that's what it is." ~Marcel

"Pros: The location is great and easy to access, with bars, restaurants, markets and pharmacies nearby. Even though it was on the second floor and there was no elevator, it wasn't a problem, but there was no lighting on the stairs or at the main entrance to the building. Cons: The apartment is much smaller than it seems to be, the cleanliness leaves a little to be desired and when we arrived it didn't smell good. We were informed the day before about a "tourist tax"." ~Caroline
