"Pros: The location of the apartment was incredible. By far the best part. The apartment itself was very nice, comfortable, clean and a very good size with lots of closet space and a full kitchen. Extra towels & a washing machine were also very nice.
Cons: When I arrived there was no AC like advertised. It was extremely hot in mid July. Had to do without it for the first night but on night 2, management brought me a portable AC unit and stand up fan. The AC worked great but unfortunately since you needed to vent it, the window had to stay open which led to noise and unwanted light in the room. The kitchen is also lacking dishware. There was just one coffee cup, and only a few small glasses."

"Pros: Excellent location with a lovely, clean apartment perfectly located in the old town of Parma. Great for a family with 2 beds in the living room and a comfortable double in the bedroom. Communication was in Italian, but easy enough to use google translate. The air-conditioning was very welcome with a couple of days of above 25 degrees. Two bottles of cold water in the fridge was appreciated also. You cannot park at the accommodation but it was an easy walk from the train station for us."
