"Pros: The apartment was in a very good location, we only had to walk, comfortable and very clean. Cons: The owner unfortunately didn't speak any English so he couldn't help us locate the parking lot. Although there was a will to help we could not communicate. The instructions he sent in English were incomplete. The entrance to the parking lot was very small, only a small car could pass through. Also, while there was a note on Booking that parking is included in the rental price, we had to pay extra, I don't know if this is a wrong note on the platform." ~Sotiris

"Pros: Very nice apartment in an older part of town in an authentic Italian neighborhood. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. Cons: The entrance to the apartment is through a hallway to a small inner court and the stair up to the apartment is very narrow, maybe not good for anyone with physical disability. The downstairs neighbors sometimes were noisy in the courtyard. Would be nice to have a toaster and needs paper napkins." ~Flesher

"Pros: Right in the neighbourhood, there are a lot of pubs where you can experience local life. Parma doesn't have much to offer, yet it is good to visit it as it is very different from other cities, but only for a day." ~Igor

"Pros: The apartment is in a super nice area close to the city center of Parma. The room is nicely furnished and we felt immediately home. The host Vincenzo as an amazing person and he was looking really good for us to make our stay unforgettable! We would always come back to this place and also recommend it for our friends and family.
