"Pros: Carmela, Enzo and Felice are wonderful hosts- attentive, but not intrusive. Having let them know our arrival time, they greeted us, letting us in the locked gate, and showed us around. The grounds were beautiful - palms and cacti; an oasis of calm and greenery. There was a table and chairs for outside eating, and a BBQ which we used. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and well equipped. There was water in the fridge, and Sicilian cakes on arrival. They also left us a melon and watermelon. Carmela gave us three jars of her homemade jam as a leaving gift. They allowed us to leave our luggage after checking out, so we could spend the day on the beach, and let us use the shower before catching our late flight. We recommend San Lorenzo beach - a short drive from Marzememi." ~Helen
