"Pros: Very helpful owner, she came to hand over the keys and gave us lots of useful tips for cafes, restaurants etc. Location is excellent, a short walking distance from most interesting places in Novara. The apartment is beautiful, very well kept and clean, and well equipped. Cons: The apartment was a bit cold, with temperatures 16-17C. Also, the floors are stone, which made them very cold.
