"Pros: Nice and spacious, with great views from the terrace. Dishwasher tablets and powder for the washing machine were provided when we stayed. Overall high standard of facilities and cleanliness.
Cons: There is an air conditioner, but it seemed to be set so that guests can’t use it for more than a couple of minutes at a time. We couldn’t find a remote control for it. In the absence of air conditioning, it would have been nice if electric fans had been provided. We were there at the height of summer and even though the building is designed to stay cool, air con or fans would be needed to keep to a comfortable temperature. The narrow, steep, windy road up to the property is also something to be aware of and prepared for beforehand (if hiring a car, avoid anything too big), and the distant roar of the motorway can be heard from the bedrooms day and night."
