"Pros: great location - the apartment is in the city center, close to restaurants and shops. Parking lot is available what is very convenient. The apartment is very big with nice dining space. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Cons: our flight was delayed 2 hours so I informed the owner/manager that we would arrive 2 hours later (2 hours after check in time). He responded that we should contact booking.com for finding some place to stay for that night. His response was impolite and disrespectful - using capital letters “I will close the facility” etc. Finally they waited for us, but we had a very stressful and unpleasant situation while traveling with one-year old baby (moreover we already paid). if you have any risk of flight delay or traffic jams consider not to stay in this apartment. There are plenty of similar apartments in this region with the same price range and polite and friendly staff. It was the first time in my life that I met this way of communicating with guests." ~Malgorzata

"Pros: Sleek clean, modern and central (to restaurants and grocery store). Cons: Instruction to find the hotel was confusing. We were going around several minutes to find the entrance, tried to call the reception and after a few attempts she answered and again gave us wrong direction You can easily mention that the AirB&B is located inside the Hotel Floria to avoid guests going around and getting frustrated." ~Sima
