"Pros: Casa Roca is newly renovated and very thoughtfully arranged. It has everything necessary for a comfortable stay for a couple of nights. The appartment is close to the historical center of Modica and it has convenient free parking nearby. There are supermarket and cafes nearby.
Cons: We were there in the beginning of April and there was a smell of moisture in the appartment. There also is a little bit of noise from the street in the morning from cars and trains passing. During the night it's ok."

"Pros: This is one of my top 3 stays out of hundreds of bookings ever made around the world.
It started with great communication; the host showed me everything and even took me for a little drive in his small car around Modica. It felt magical, like in the movies. And he took my to the Chinese store where I bought car bulbs for a great price.
The magic continued inside the apartment because I was blown away by the great aesthetics of every room. It felt like mini art museum, the colors and decorations which I didn't even know existed. Everything was so nice, it made me regret I only booked for one night but I will be looking for this place the next time I'm in Sicily!
And to top it all of, they even had fireworks that night and the balcony was absolutely perfect to watch them.
Cons: The only thing that's missing is internet, everything else is there."
