"Pros: Well equipped apartment in an old castello in the quiet historic area of Mezzegra with great views from its terrace. On the west side of Lake Como it is well placed to use the passenger ferry from Lenno or as the appartment has secure parking it is an excellent location for the car ferry from Cadennabia or Mennagio.
Cons: The staircase is a steep tight spiral from the living area to the bedrooms which was fine for me at a small 5ft 4 ins but a bit tricky for my husband a bigger chap and 6ft."
