"Pros: Great location in Marzamemi. Close by beaches were beautiful especially San Lorenzo and Carratois beaches. Easy to visit nearby villages Noto, Ragusa etc from there. Hosts were so helpful. Any questions we had were answered immediately. Secure private parking available. Cons: Not many food shops locally in the village. Some beds were a little uncomfortable. Lack of air conditioning in 2nd bedroom." ~Gillian

"Pros: The location is good: outside town but within walking distance but the pictures of the view are deceptive as there is another building in front which blocks the view of the sea when sitting on the terrace. Cons: It’s a basic holiday home rather than super comfortable. The bedrooms are very small, just space to walk around the bed. Ok for one person per bedroom but not more. The single beds in the second room are camp beds. The internet didn’t work for the first day. I had a problem with the hot water that wasn’t resolved. So I had cold showers after the first 2 minutes. The managing agency did nothing to help solve this problem and didn’t apologise. The bathroom opens into the utility and is rather small. Ok for 1 or 2 people but definitely not for 4. I was woken each morning with noisy birds on the flat roof above." ~Andrea

"Pros: Very accessible to the town…good for parking…and well equipped for a comfortable stay Cons: Disrupted sleep each night due to constant halogen lights being activated on the carbon monoxide meter for no apparent reason…no explanation given when reported and poor welcome information…we were not made aware of store room containing useful equipment until we discovered it ourselves just prior to leaving." ~Edwards
