"Pros: No mistake about it, this place is a top of the range venue. There is so much space. I rented it for only 7 people and so it was expensive but it sleeps 12/13 so it is not over the top. There are three sittings rooms and stacks of outdoor areas so it allows privacy for a large mixed group. Every bedroom has its own bathroom except one which can share. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped, fantastic for a big family party. I really enjoyed the upstairs kitchen area too, I used it to make my early morning tea and breakfast without disturbing anyone else. Maria who looks after the property was very accommodating and available without being intrusive, she is a lovely person. The area is extremely quiet despite being in the country, no noisy neighbours, barking dogs or cock a doodle doos! The town of Magliano in Toscana is near enough to pop in for a coffee and has a small grocery store and chemist. I would wholly recommend this villa for a large group. Cons: There was nothing that was the fault of the owners but the reviews that have already mentioned the mosquitoes were not kidding. There are anti mosquito nets and the plug in devices and they leave spirals to light for the terrace areas but they are very persistent in this area. I advise taking jungle strength repellent and never to forget to put it on, plus an anti bite cream for afterwards. You get mosquitoes everywhere of course and this area is known to be bad so be prepared." ~Chris
