"Pros: A gorgeous, quiet location with expansive westward views toward the coastal hills of Maremma. Wonderful host. Pool is clean and inviting. Liked the loft with extra beds, also the table and chairs on the porch. Easy 20-minute drive to Grosseto for groceries. Would be fun to rent all four apts for a family reunion or group retreat.
Cons: A few non-essential items need updating or repair, but the dishwasher seemed new, and the property is clearly an ongoing labor of love for the owner."
