"Pros: We love the location of the property with a great outlook and well-maintained and furnished outdoor area. The property is in very close proximity to Chianti attractions. The property was very clean and comfortable for a group of six people. There is a washing machine at the property and secure parking on the side. Cons: There was a limited supply of toiletries and only half a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. There were six of us staying for five nights. There was an outdoor grill but it wasn't cleaned and there was no fuel provided. There is no oven in the house. From the beginning of our stay, there were issues with hot water in the showers, we accepted that thinking that in Tuscany lukewarm water in the shower was the standard. After two days there was no hot water at all. The owners got someone to repair the boiler in the late afternoon, but the next day it was the same issue." ~Tomasz
