"Pros: On outskirts of the beautiful town of Lucca and close to rail station. Apartment was spacious and generally well equipped. Cons: The main toilet flush was broken and we had to be given special instructions how to use it. Why was it not fixed? as they even told us previous guests had same problem. It was hot while we were there and in the listing it stated there was a fan but we didn't find it. Instructions for departure told us to leave keys in apartment and close door. We then found ourselves locked in the hallway as front door to building was now locked and required key for exit! Very stressful when on tight travel schedule." ~Frances

"Pros: A very clean, brand new apartment, nicely decorated, feels fresh. 1st floor (staircase). Breakfast was waiting for us. Located in a very quiet neighborhood and very close to the old city, Free parking in the yard. The host is very kind and helpful. Gave us great ideas for where to dine and allowed us an early check in. Highly recommended. Cons: All was perfect" ~Motti
