"Pros: This beautiful Apartment was well located.for all our requirements I.e. Supermarket, Shops, Restaurants. Cons: We had no warning of the access to the Apartment which was on the 3rd Floor and the entrance was by many steps - nearly 50 ! The steps within the Bathroom was also not great. This Apartment would not. be suitable for elderly and slight,y disabled Visitors who would find the access difficult. Also the key lock on the Apartment door was extremely difficult to activate. Welcome pack with essentials at arrival would have been appreciated ." ~Brian

"Pros: The host was very helpful and kind. He patiently spent his own time sharing recommendations for good food places in Lucca. Also, he kindly let us to leave our luggage even after our check-out time, so we could explore the city a little more. Definately would recommend the place to anyone visiting Lucca historical center. Cons: Everything was perfect to details, just due to personal preferations, the mattress was maybe a little too soft for me and bed sheet seemed to be waterproof, which is not that breathable. Maybe mattress is a matter of prefferation, but bed sheet can be easily changed for more confortable stay. Overall, enjoyed very much :)" ~Tomas
