"Pros: The location was fantastic and was reasonably quiet in the evening. It was also close to a supermarket for supplies. The sizeable roof terrace was a real bonus, giving us a lovely place to sit and enjoy drinks and a game of cards in the evening. Bianca was a lovely host and was really helpful. Cons: It wasn’t a dislike but there are a lot of stairs up to the apartment, which does give you a great view from the terrace but were tough going!" ~Sandie

"Pros: The host was excellent with communication before and during our stay in his lovely apartment. He went out of his way to accommodate us and helped even with the luggage and bringing us from our car to the door of the apartment. "Pros: Fantastic location and classic decor, with a modern bathroom. Very spacious and comfortable. Cons: It's probably best if visitors appreciate classic decor etc, but it is very appropriate for this historic city. "Pros: We loved our stay at this apartment. It was quirky, charming and had the feeling of stepping back in time but with all the comforts of modern life. Francesco our host was incredible. He helped us out so much by helping us drive our big luggage to the apartment from the train station and back. It was a really nice touch. He also gave us excellent suggestions and helped us arrange a wonderful birthday dinner. One night we were having a murder mystery party and wanted a private cook to prepare dinner for us in the apartment. Francesco's son Eduardo is passionate about food and came to the space and prepared a beautiful meal complete with wines appetivo, birthday cake and incredible sorbeto. Cons: We struggled to find things on occasion like the cutlery or the drying rack but it was a bit like a scavenger hunt. Everything needed was there in the end." ~Celeste
