"Pros: Among the many beautiful B&Bs available in Lucca this pristine apartment stands out in comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. The exceptional, flexible, and welcoming hosts set the tone for a memorable stay right from the start. Our hosts demonstrated remarkable understanding and flexibility, particularly with our check-in and check-out times. Their hospitality defined our stay – e.g. with complementary water and coffee capsules – making us feel genuinely welcomed. The apartment itself is sparkling clean and tastefully outfitted with modern amenities (incl. Lamborghini air conditioning). It is spacious and consists in a living room, bedroom with double-bed, and second bedroom with bunk-bed. Arguably, the star feature of the apartment is its serene garden, complete with a shaded terasse – ideal for work or relaxation. A second highlight is the included, private parking spot. The apartment itself is located in a safe residential compound complete with fenced off private parking and an electric gate (remote provided). In walking distance is the compelling Pasticcheria Regina – do try the Pistacchio cube. The area is quiet and defined by birds chirping happily. Cons: There was nothing of significance to dislike about the property. The location is largely secluded, but adjoins a busy road. It is about 1km from the walls of Lucca." ~Tim
