"Pros: We really enjoyed our room with lake view. The environment is beautiful. Good spa and pool.
Excellent breakfast, in a big room with tables very close together.
Good advise for dinner at restaurants.
Cons: Most of the staff was very helpful and friendly. Only one lady started every reply with 'It's very busy now, I don't have time to give you more information." Strange because there was nobody else asking any info both times we asked her something.
It was very hard to make an appointment with a beautician while you are there. The availability is very limited. It would have been helpful if we knew that in advance.
More than half of the Parking lot is under cover, for these spots you have to pay extra.
The restaurant was in a big room, no pleasant corners, tables in a row. Although the menu was appealing, we didn't have dinner there."
