The hotel's location is simply unbeatable - just steps away from Levanto Beach and right in the heart of the charming town center, making it the perfect base for exploring both Levanto and the nearby Cinque Terre villages. I must give special thanks to Massimo, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. He was incredibly reactive and helpful with everything we needed. His assistance with parking was particularly appreciated - he provided perfect directions to find the hotel's private parking area (which can be tricky in these small Italian coastal towns) and even allowed us to keep our car parked longer than our checkout time, which made our departure day so much more relaxed and enjoyable. Cons: nothing. I was surprised that they only are a 1 star hotel." ~Valentina
