"Pros: very spacious appartment with character; lovely old furniture; blinds keep heat out and air conditioning of the attic bedroom was very useful; conveniently located so that you can reach shop, restaurants, beach and train station easily by foot; Cons: You need to feel comfortable having someone elses personal things around you (i.e. books and stuff); and while the beds were very good, the sofa and some of the chairs would love to be replaced" ~Doris
