"Pros: Emily met us to let us into the property and provided lots of information about places to visit. She went out of here way to provide very thoughtful details with her property. When we returned home one day she had left us a lovely fruit cup in the fridge. Cons: The breakfast restaurant paid for wasn’t very nice. There was another cafe close by that we chose to pay ourselves that was much friendlier." ~Andrew

"Pros: Our host Rosario was a very kind and friendly professional host who made us feel very welcome. The communication was perfect and the arramgements could not have been easier. The breakfast was great-italian style simple : we had a fanstastic coffee in the morning , served with iced fresh water and a freshly baked patisserie. Rosario asked kindly to choose from a menu the day before and everything was kindly served in the beautiful quiet courtyard in the morning. Could not have been better for us. The rooms were very clean and stylish and comfortable and everything you expect from the photographs and even better. Crisp white linen and white fluffy towels, roomservice was not expected, but did tidy up while we were away for our activities during the day. We enjoyed a 5-star boutique hotel style accomodation in an even better private room set-up with one-to-one care from Rosario. Thank you so much Rosario. "Pros: The apartment was clean, a nice size and in a good location very close to the gates of historico centro. It was newly renovated and was nice to have laundry. Cons: This property does not offer wifi. This is a show stopper in 2024. It is very expensive to roam with a mobile when from Canada and when travelling you need to be able to plan your next moves. Disappointing. A few other suggestions…the coffee canister was completely empty. There was no laundry detergent at all. We sent Elena a note asking for a toaster and iron and her response was “I’m not here”. No follow up. Parking was routinely difficult to find in the neighbourhood. In the end it felt like this property was meant to maximize revenue, not the comfort and enjoyment of guests." ~Brent
