"Pros: From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth by Davide and Ekaterina, alongside Chris who looks after the property and its guests. Ekaterina greeted us with refreshments, which quickly turned into wine when Davide joined—bringing with him fresh almonds he had bought that morning, which he cracked open for us using an old iron weight.
They treated us not as guests, but as lifelong friends—booking us a boat, a beach club, recommending the best local spots to dine, and sharing their favorite experiences in Lecce. Davide prepared an unforgettable breakfast for us in his stunning, stylish pasticceria and bar—without question the best in Lecce, and one of the finest we’ve encountered in all of Italy.
What they offered went far beyond a stay and a meal. They gave us a lifelong memory, a feeling of home, and the beginning of a true friendship. We are already dreaming of our return—to Lecce, and to them.
