"Pros: During our four weeks stay in an Apartment near Castelfiorentino we had the opportunity to visit the "Chianti Classico Expo in Greve in Chianti", and we decided it was not a good idea to drive back to Tonda in the evening after visiting this wonderful wine fest - very smart decision! Montefioralle is a beautiful medieval small town high above Greve, and the appartment is right in the heart of town in a beautiful centuries old building with lots and lots of character. Matteo is super-friendly and helpful, he runs an Enoteca on the ground floor of the building and that is where you get the keys (if you arrive at daytime - else he will always suggest a perfect solution, he communicates brilliantly). The restaurant he suggested for the evening (La Castellana) provided the best Truffle treatment we had during our entire Tuscanny stay. Cons: A little tough hiking up the road from Greve after the wine fair (but Matteo does warn!), but worth every effort!" ~Jochen
