Cons: I believe that had I paid a bit less it would have been a very nice property. However, we booked it the same day and with a boat convention in town, therefore, the price seemed too high. But, it's understanding and we were happy to have a room at all. So, with a normal booking and no overcrowding in town, that property would be fine for the price. Again, the host was exceptional in every way, and that adds to the reason to rent the property"
