"Pros: Location is great. Near the city center, not loud. The appartement itself was nice. We had an issue with taking the keys but support team reacted fast and it was solved. So suppprt team is great. Cons: First problem was to find a property as outside there is no signs that it’s there. It’s normal appartement and even near the door bell there was nothing like property name or something like that. So even when we got in the building we still had doubts. Second point is cleaning. Could be better. There was someone’s underwear on the floor. It was in the corner not really noticeable but still it’s not nice to find something like this. But as I said support team is really helpful, and they solve issues fast. So probably this moments also will be improved in time. In general it is a great city to visit, so I wish all the next travellers have a good stay" ~Hanna
