"Pros: The position is great, big bedroom with lot of space, very clean and facilities for coffee making. I didnt meet with the owner personally but we had whatsapp contact, very nice person and lot of support provided.
Cons: The apartment is a bit noisy however being located in the city center it had to be expected. I would have prefered the possibility to pay with card, but i was informed in advance about cash payment so that's ok."

"Pros: My and my friend decided to come to Foligno for the monasterio festival.
The property is perfect in every aspect.
Clean, cool and quiet.
It is really close to the centre and to food shops like tigre. It has plates, cutlery a coffee machine a quiet garden a fridge and everything else you can imagine.
Cons: If I really have to dislike something, it would be the stairs that brings you to the second bedroom. Absolutely not a deal breaker though."

"Pros: The apartment is super spacious and well equipped with a nice kitchen, TV‘s in living room and bedroom and a very comfortable bathroom. Everything seems to be completely new. The location in the City Center is nice. The owner is really friendly and gives recommendations for food if wanted. The price is extremely fair.
