The owner is very pleasant and customer-oriented. Promptly helped with many questions. Only the location is not very convenient, due to transport connections with Rome. If you go by public transport, you have to make 3 transfers. And leave Rome back no later than 20-00, because you will not have time for the bus. And a taxi is very expensive. We got to the center of Rome by public transport in the afternoon for 2.5 € per person. The way back by taxi costs 60-70 €. But to the sea 5 min walk.
