"Pros: It was a part of house with private gate, yard and entrance! The house had nice modern interior, it was spacious, well-equipped and stayed reasonably cool in August, so we never even used air conditioner. There’s big table outside for breakfast and sofa area for glass of wine at night. There was nice restaurant in walkable distance, but everything else was also quite easy to reach by car - 5 min to supermarket, 15-20 min to beach. And we liked the area - all green and slightly uphill with private houses. But one shouldn’t expect that there’s place to take a nice walk in the evening - you still need to drive to nearby towns - Fasano being the closest. Cons: We liked all about the property. Maybe only missed a bit the personal contact to the local owner. The personnel from the property were really nice (we met once, but the quickly responded in WhatsApp to practical Qs), but it was very anonymous." ~Annely

"Pros: Very clean and spacious villa with automatic gate opening. Sufficient amount of towels per person. Possibility to sort waste and use washing machine. Welcome with free Nespresso coffee pods and two bottles of water. Generosity of the owner to allow us taste seasonal fruit directly from trees in the garden. Very well equipped kitchen including big refrigerator and freezer. Windows equipped with nets against insect. Easy process with keys hand over. Safe property. We have mainly appreciated that some initial issues have been solved to our greatest satisfaction. One of the best special accommodation experience ever especially with charming lights. Cons: We have nothing to complain about, just to share few tips from similar type of accommodation we have experienced in other countries: to provide duvet covers, lamps for night reading in the bed, sufficient amount of toilet paper and tablets for dishwasher for the whole stay. If used in cold season, heating in each room would be a big plus." ~Simona
