"Cons: They dont contact with booking at all, even if you are booking their villa on booking.com. They send emails about prepayments, but booking deny about it and guarantees that everything is ok. Day before arriving they are sending you about arrival time, accepts it, on booking.com shows all the time that my stay is coming, everything is accepted and ok. But on last day i got knews that everything is canceled. And till the end of my planed holidays, on booking pagee everything is still confirmed and ok. In general i got in the middle of mountains homeless with small kids, just because booking and Novasol doesnt contacts between each other at all." ~Giedre
