"Pros: I had a very good short stay and the hotel was stylish, comfortable, clean. And very well-located. The parking arrangement was good.
Cons: One small but important problem in the bathroom - the shower is in the bath and the surface of the bath was very slippery so I was afraid of falling over, especially when having to step out. Please provide a mat to put in the bath. The coffee at breakfast was not very good."

"Pros: These rooms are an extension of a nearby hotel placed right next to the cathedral in an historic building. The location is great, but I'm not sure it is better than just being in the actual hotel. The breakfast at the hotel was lovely with many options and the staff there were very attentive and helpful. In the guesthouse, you are mostly on your own. The rooms were clean and the wifi worked well.
Cons: I didn't love the tower rooms. They were furnished in a very modern, minimalist aesthetic like the hotel and the only reference to the historic nature was in the weird skeleton key to enter the room, which was awkward to use. There wasn't a ton of soundproofing, so you can hear everything happening in the bathroom. It also overlooks the street and edge of the piazza, so you can hear everything happening in town at the same time."
