"Pros: It is a very nice property in a nice building. Apartment is not big but comfortable and very quiet. I knocked the score for the fact that address given is wrong and takes you to something completely different to what is shown in the check in photos provided. The actual place is actually around the corner under a different address. It was pointless to communicate with the staff using Booking.com messenger. It was taken time to see a response and the person on the other end had no clue how to find the place e.
Cons: Wrong address, no option to communicate using WhatsApp messenger. Staff that does not know exact location of the property.

"Pros: The accommodation is situated in the historic center of Como, 5 minutes of walking from the lake shore. The host was very hospitable and communicative and provided extremely useful information - thank you Mrs. Ute! The 7-person loft is very spacious and it is fully equipped (washing machine, iron, fully equipped kitchen etc). The beds were comfortable enough and cleaning was proper. Check-in and check-out were extremely easy thanks to extremely good communication. For parking, Mrs. Ute redirected us to two great parking lots, so no worries about that and also offered to white-list our cars in order to have an easier unload of baggages. To summarize, it is a fantastic accommodation with a great price-value.
Cons: The only downside is that the 7-person loft has a single bathroom, but it's manageable."
