Cons: 1. Coffee at the breakfast. Do not order an Americano, because they give a really bad liquid calling it “coffee”. I know this is Italy, I know i should order an espresso or a cappuccino at the breakfast but I like a cap bigger than espresso. And this is was a worst coffee in whole Italy at the breakfast.
2. A situation which confused me. I know it is all my responsibility but still I want to tell the story. I forgot two holdalls with a suit and tuxedo. It’s not a small things, it is a two big suit’s covers! I mentioned my loss two and a half hours before my flight in Malpensa. In my case that was a catastrophe! I ordered a taxi and thanks God I wasn’t late on the plane. 45 min to Como, 45 min from Como = 260€ for taxi. My question is WHY HELL THE HOTEL DID NOT TEXT ME THAT I FORGOT TWO SUIT COVERS a day BEFORE?! There was no house keeping all day?! And by the way when we checked in after 3 pm, the room was not ready; when we came in, a lady still clean the bathroom in front of us. I mean for this money (more than 600€ per night) service should be better. And dear hotel’s staff, please, when you see running man asking “Where is my suits?!”, many time please, do not say “calm down” and just do your job I pay for."

"Pros: Loved the views and location. The apartment is meticulously clean. The coffee machine works well.
Cons: Bedroom (near bathroom) has a mattress that needs replacing. The mattress dipped in the center. So uncomfortable for a couple to sleep on.
One of the shutters is broken. The right shutter will not open and limits the beautiful view.
The window, on the door leading into the laundry room, is shattered. It was broken when we arrived and we’re thankful it did not break out of the pane. It should be replaced"
