Other hotels offer the same price for tiny overwhelming rooms and this place was great for two people, and could easily accommodate four. It was perfect. "Pros: Everyone was impressed with the property we loved everything about it! It’s very spacious, has tons of light, very unique - located just at the steps of Duomo cathedral. ~12min walk to cheap quatro ponte parking, another parking for ~3eur just few minutes away. Good grocery store at the doorstep and great places to eat. Communication with agents were spot on, we were also provided with PDF with loads of useful information about where to go/eat/garbage sorting. We would definitely book again if we go to Como! Cons: We loved everything but there are few points that could be important for others - only steps to 3rd floor - but it was absolutely manageable for our 60+ parents, also the duomo bell starting to ring at ~7:30 - so keep in mind that you will wake up - not a problem as we are here for exploring. Shampoo left in the flat by agents was not enough for 5 people. Garbage sorting is a bit confusing - i think it would be nice if there would be bins provided in the flat with markings on them for all type of garbage" ~Alina
