"Pros: Finding the property was easy, keys were easy to find, beautiful apartment with outstanding views of the city. Their heating system was very good (considering that we came from Australia/Brazil and Como is a very cold city). The kitchen was nice. I am very happy with the apartment and I definitely recommend as a stay in Como. There is a parking spot available if you are arriving by car. The train station is close to the property as well. The host was very nice and helpful, me and my family enjoyed it very much! Cons: The window side of the bed has a broken frame underneath the mattress, it was a simple problem to solve as we had to move the mattress a few times during the night. It was not a problem for my family but keep in mind that the apartment is uphill and there are steep stairs, I would not recommend for someone with mobility problems or too old, especially if you don't have a car." ~Raphael

"Pros: Some additional space for the kids. Cons: It was so dirty. The floors were black and had to clean multiple times as the kids were on the floor with hands and feet. Every time we washed their feet they were black. No joke. There was also a cigarette butt on the balcony when we got there. Just wish it was better maintained." ~Marius

"Pros: Lovely place! It was like being a local!! The apartment was big and inviting. It was close to the bus, train station snd town square. The Pizzium restaurant was the best. But we also enjoyed “The Old Wild West”. Both are within two blocks. There’s a market 3blocks away, but bring or buy bags. Cons: We needed to know about the stairs because we have a waller. Lights need to be in the master bathroom. The floors were extremely dirty so much that our feet were filthy dirty. We needed to know about bringing an electric socket adapter for Italy because we are from the US. Check to make sure all the lights are working. Some people may be concerned about the traffic noise during the day and evening, but we enjoyed the sounds of the city. It didn’t seem to keep us awake." ~Rene

"Pros: Comfortable, well-equipped apartment. Closed internal parking. Excellent location - very close to the lake, train station, town center. Very good contact with the host. Attractive town providing a number of opportunities to spend time pleasantly. Due to the location of the apartment, the noise of road traffic could be heard. But this problem could be eliminated by closing the windows and turning on the air conditioning, which the property was equipped with." ~Zbigniew
