"Pros: Property is great, has a nice pool, and located in a cute little part of town. A bit of a distance from Verona (recommend having a car/rental car) but great price. Cons: Although we understand we were in Italy, we were quite surprised at how difficult it was to be understood in the breakfast room. One of the younger staff members could not communicate well with us in basic English and was in a bit of an unfriendly mood. Perhaps just having a bad day but we had a hard time communicating nonetheless. Other than that everything was great!" ~Brendon
