"Pros: Beautiful house on the shore of Lake Lugano at the quieter northern end just outside Cima. You can enter the lake directly from the garden which is fantastic for swimming , relaxing and generally cooling off. The house is well furnished and equipped. Rooms large. No air conditioning but by ventilating early morning then closing the shutters / curtains during the day the house remained cool. Cons: like most of the lakeside houses the main road runs behind the house which is intrusive at first but the noise soon blends in." ~Douglas
